VFS aim to provide an efficient service to their customers. If you have some feedback or a complaint, we would like to know about it as soon as possible. We shall acknowledge promptly and ensure a comprehensive and timely redress of your complaint to the best of our ability.

You can register your complaint by

submitting your complaint through our website www.vfs-thailand.co.in

submitting your complaint verbally in person at our Visa Application Centre
(You can approach the staff present at our centre for the same)
submitting a written complaint through the feedback forms available at our Visa Application Centre
(You can approach the staff present at our centre for the same)
submitting a written complaint by dropping the same in the complaint box
(The complaint box is present near the notice board at the top of the staircase)

In all cases please provide the following details:
Your name
Address and contact details
A clear description of your complaint and as much detail of names, dates, places and other background as possible.

We will take your complaint seriously, and will try to provide a full reply within 2 working days. If we cannot give you a full reply within this time we will tell you when we expect to do so and keep you up to date with progress.
